South Lakes Housing has partnered with public sector hybrid cloud experts A4S Cloud Solutions to leverage the benefits of Azure by moving their entire IT estate into the cloud, this will improve flexibility and greatly enhance performance.
South Lakes Housing focuses on delivering vital affordable housing services to their customers in the Kendal area, they strongly believe that a quality home is a platform for life that will enable the growth of their tenants, the company also actively contributes to the employment of their tenants and has helped over 60,000 people into work since 2010.
A4S Cloud Solutions is proud to be part of such an important journey for a client whose services are critical to the local community.
At a high level the project will include migrating their IT estate into Microsoft Azure, their IT systems will benefit from the many security solutions available within their Azure Tenant such as Monitor, Log Analytics and Sentinel.
As per all of A4S delivered projects; the entire activity will be managed through our fully transparent online project management portal with real-time access to RAID logs, budgets, risks, progress, actions and much more.
Working as a team is always the best route to success and will ensure improved decision-making, reduce cost and risk, and make service transition more effective.
